The Department of Statistics established in this college in 1969. There are 208 regular students registered in the department This is the age of information technology and data analysis data is highly important in the present time all books related to data analysis are available in statistics .It provides all necessary tools   and   methods   for   research   methodology   ,engineering   ,economic   ,acturial science ,Business ,trade and other field.

The department also support in institutional research and survey .
